Build a strong foundation in Krav Maga techniques and self-defense strategies.
Each level will take between 4-6 months to learn but can be more or less based on your commitment.
Enhance your skills and learn advanced Krav Maga techniques for real-life scenarios.
Intermediate levels will take between 6-7 months each.
Master the art of Krav Maga and become a highly skilled self-defence practitioner.
Advanced levels will take between 8-12 months each.
Achieve the highest level of proficiency in Krav Maga, Kapap and AOS and potentially become a certified instructor.

We offer a variety of classes, including Adults classes, Childrens classes, and private lessons. Our instructors are experienced and certified in Krav Maga, Kapap, and Israeli Jiu Jitsu.
To prepare for your first class, wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. No prior experience is necessary.
